New Public Drinking City Ordinance Passed

Any person found guilty of any violation of drinking in public shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 dollars nor more than $500 or by imprisonment of not fewer than (3) days nor more than (30) days or by not less than (10) days nor more than (30) days of voluntary community service.
